This program is aimed at professionals responsible for the different areas of the logistics function in the various public entities, those responsible for logistics projects by multilateral banks or grant agreements and all those who are interested in improving the procurement function in Government logistics.
Objectives
The program aims to provide participants with the principles, concepts, methodologies, tools and best practices that enable them to fulfill their role effectively in the process of hiring in the public sector.
In this way, participants will be prepared to take shape as managers to manage the procurement of goods and services in the State. It is not just to provide knowledge on the implementation of the Law on Government Procurement, but in a broader sense, to provide participants with concepts, principles, methodologies, best practices and tools that enable them to be empowered to be effective managers in the logistics field at the legal level, without being lawyers and operational, but is not directly related to the work of the specialist
