The Specialization Program in Management and Public Finances, has been specially designed for professionals involved in the process of operating and financial performance in the field of public sector, with emphasis on the processes and procedures required by cross administrative systems
The program has specific workshops to allow participants to apply knowledge acquired in very similar to those they will face in their professional practice. Program workshops are led by Professors with extensive experience in resource management in major organizations in the public and private sectors. Additionally feature guest speakers are invited who work in public administration, in order to exchange experiences and establish contacts that will support the professional performance of the participants. In addition, the program is thorough and rigorous in developing and implementing management tools and Finance, which met all the requirements for participants to perform successfully in the public and private sectors.
