The Specialization Program in Continuous Improvement of Business Processes seeks to enable its graduates in the identification of opportunities for improvement, the sustenance of profits in economic and service levels terms, the development of the project and the delivery of results according to plan.

Profile of the Student

Managers, supervisors, analysts, and professionals from different areas of an organization that need to know, update or deepen the principles, methodology, and tools for managing business processes, the improvement projects sustenance and their effective implementation.

Objectives

To develop comprehensive knowledge on the analysis, modeling, and optimization of critical processes, support projects and the development of projects that materialize improvements.

Understanding and effective implementation of the various tools required to analyze problems, identify root causes, solve them and improve business processes constantly.
