Specialization Program aims to provide participants with the concepts, methodologies and appropriate to develop a proper and optimal process in public institutions at all levels of government strategic planning tools.

It is composed of concepts of public policy and strategic planning.

Profile of the Student

Aimed at professionals and / or members of senior management, functional managers (planning and budgeting, human resources, administration and finance, investment, information technology, etc.), consultants and / or heads of the various areas of public organizations whose scope work includes the advice senior management on strategic planning issues and interested in enhancing its capabilities in strategic management in the public sector.
