TWO ACADEMIC DEGREES SIMULTANEOUSLY
Upon completion of the MBA International Corporate Edition participant will obtain two degrees:
- o Master in Business Administration, given by Universidad del Pacifico and
- o Corporate Master of Business Administration, given by ESADE Business School from Spain.
You get a diploma for participation in a module taught by McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University in Washington DC.
INTERNATIONAL MBA TAUGHT IN THREE CITIES IN THE WORLD
The contact classes are held in the premises of Universidad del Pacifico Graduate School. In addition, two studies modules will be held in Barcelona and Washington DC
EXECUTIVE FORMAT OF THE CLASSES
The Corporate MBA International Edition lasts 14 months with contact classes once a month. The courses will be taught by professors of ESADE Business School (50%) and the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacifico (50%).

METHOD LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT AND DEVOLPMENT PROGRAM (LEAD)
LEAD offers personal coaching sessions, work with peers and a variety of other tools that maximize the potential of leadership in three ways: through personal understanding and testing activities; understanding of individual behavior in organizations and teams, through group activities; approach to leadership styles and coaching development team
ACTION LEARNING PROGRAM (ALP).
Participants apply global and comprehensive way the knowledge acquired through the development of a real and important project to be taken value to the company or organization they work. ALP promotes active learning and team work under the monitoring of an author assigned by ESADE Business School. During the week in Barcelona, the teams will present their projects to receive feedback.
