Profile of the Student

  • Professionals working in the areas of finance, treasury and planning (large, medium or small) corporations.
  • Executives working in financial entities, including in the areas of business, credit, risk, investment banking, treasury, custody, corporate finance and the like or persons who are active in the areas of investments, portfolio management , investment alternatives analysis, risk analysis, custody, treasury, finance, investment advisory and the like.
  • Graduates with training in economics, management, accounting or related disciplines, who are interested in developing their knowledge in corporate finance.

Objectives

  • Ensure that the participant is able to implement strategies related to financial planning, liquidity management, development and financing of new products and projects, acquisitions, mergers, use of financial derivatives, bond issues, securitization, equity offerings, international finance and the efficient measurement of generating returns and value creation.
  • The participant may properly evaluate corporate finance and associated risks (of the companies in which they have invested or are planning to invest) in its various financing instruments, whether debt or equity type.
