Profile of the Student

  • Managers and professionals focused on people management, with emphasis on system management and compensation planning staff.
  • Consultants, senior management level, compensation systems and structures of compensation and benefits, primarily in competitive markets and high-level business development.

Objectives

  • Provide techniques and methodologies to design and organize a complete system of salaries and fringe benefits, as support to the policies of recruitment, development and retention of top talent.
  • Develop analytical skills in participants, to help them achieve a technical approach that assigns the necessary support system and facilitate its implementation.
  • ​Promote research on issues of budgets and personnel costs as well as their consistency with the contribution of each position to the processes and consequently business results.​
