FIRST MASTERS IN PERU WHICH COMBINES ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
The program trains expert professionals in organizational development, management and team management; with a visionary, innovative and entrepreneurial approach; which considers the student as the main transforming agent of your organization and focus on business results.

DOUBLE ACADEMIC DEGREE WITH UNIVERSIDAD DEL DESARROLLO CHILE (UDD)
The international double degree from Universidad del Pacifico and the Universidad del Desarrollo de Chile, means that this participant and sustain a research and practical application in the context of its business; and it is supervised by and specialist advisor. In addition, you must demonstrate English proficiency indicated by the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacifico.

LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL STAFF MEMBERS
Taught by Peruvian and Chilean professionals and experts in their fields of specialty with emphasis on the practical application of concepts and people management tools. All combine academic rigor with business experience and research. They are also committed to providing the best training participant.

STUDY MISSION TO CHILE (OPTIONAL)
The duration of the study mission to the city of Santiago de Chile is one week, includes visits to the major Chilean companies that have managed to increase organizational performance, from the management of human talent. Participants also receive lectures of the most successful cases discussed by the leaders of these companies

CROSS PROGRAM OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE
This experience develops skills related to internationalization, innovation and employability, framed in a careful cross pedagogical model to master's programs. In it, participants will receive various conferences and workshops to acquire specific knowledge and skills, which will be implemented through a multidisciplinary project group, where they face a real challenge to social, public and private organizations.

Q&A SESSIONS WITH HIGH EXECUTIVES AND BUSINESSMEN FROM PERU AND CHILE
The Master of Organizational Development and Personnel Management of Universidad del Pacifico allows students to access their choice, made by Peruvian and Chilean business leaders, Advisory Committee through session of Questions and Answers (Q & A), specially designed for this purpose, where experts present their professional experiences on the topics covered in class.
