Specialization Program in Strategic Innovation has been designed for professionals who seek to lead innovation within your organization, either because they have the formal request or because their initiative and proactivity drives them to take as their own the challenge of innovation.

Profile of the Student

Entrepreneurs, managers and senior professionals with responsibility for managing the innovative initiatives in the company they represent and seek to remain competitive in changing markets and constant challenges.
Managers and Heads of functional areas that are constantly seeking new and better ways to satisfy their customers, both internal and external, and methodologies need to systematize innovation in their areas.

Senior Consultants interested in learning related to the design and implementation of Integrated Management Systems Innovation (strategies, processes, products, services and organization) methodologies.

Objectives

Rethinking the approach to value creation, whereas the enterprise market demand in the next five years faster in the decision-making process, in order to achieve greater impact and results sustainable over time.
Respond to changes and environmental challenges effectively and quickly, to be trained in the interpretation of concepts and the use of tools related to innovation processes organization.

Strengthen management skills in general, becoming more productive professional, motivated and committed to new forms of action, being able to bring changes and sequentially organized in time.
